American Mama's Pilgrimage Project
The American Mama's Pilgrimage Project (AMPP) is a passion project of American Mamas to join with other American Mamas from all around the country to come together and celebrate the 250th birthday of the U.S.A.!
Mothers, fathers, aunties, grandparents, nurses, teachers, mentors, and all others who love and care for America's children (past, present, and future) are all invited to join us on our pilgrimage as fellow Mamas to celebrate 250 years at our nations capital, Washington D.C.
Our Purpose
In honor of our country’s 250th year anniversary, as well as our entering into a new era with truly transparent law and order, I am suggesting that we do something spectacular to celebrate! My fellow American Mamas across these United States and territories, let us call upon the traditions of old and participate in a movement not-before-seen in our lifetime. My hope is for us to journey en masse to the birthplace of our great nation, to visit the monuments, to honor the fallen, and to demonstrate our strength and our passion as the life-givers and caretakers of America’s children.
While this movement is named for American Mamas, I want to emphasize that this is a pilgrimage for all individuals who truly love and care for America’s children - past, present, and future. Aunties, Grandmas, Dads, nurses, teachers, mentors and especially mothers are all invited to make this epic journey to the heart of our great nation.
As of February 2, 2026 our president, Donald J. Trump, announced that Washington D.C. has virtually no crime, and that it is now considered a very safe place, which as he stated…”it should be, it’s our nation’s capital...”, and I couldn’t agree more! Total crime in D.C. is down 31% from last year, its a wonder there are any investigations or prosecutions at all! In contrast, we’ve seen many metropolitan areas across our nation have actually been experiencing increasing cases of civilian harm and violence. The numbers don’t lie!
With this is mind, I cannot think of a better time to consider D.C. for this year’s vacation. There are not any tour dates announced for Taylor Swift and Disney prices are through the roof. Why not let this be the year we show our support and love for our country?
March Madness scoot over and make room for the Ides of Independence! March 13-15, 2026 a weekend for American Mamas to come together and celebrate our Nation, our Constitution, and our Rights as Americans.
